Keep the bandage on for 3-5 days, then gently wash with lukewarm water and fragrance-free soap.
Pat dry with a clean paper towel—never rub or use a cloth.
Do not re-bandage unless instructed by your artist.
Wash the tattoo 2–3 times daily with gentle, unscented soap and clean hands.
Avoid scrubbing—use only your fingertips and rinse well.
Pat dry or air dry completely before applying moisturizer.
Apply a thin layer of fragrance-free lotion or artist-recommended ointment after each wash.
Don’t overdo it—skin should feel hydrated, not greasy.
Continue moisturizing 2–3 times daily for 2–4 weeks.
Avoid sun exposure, pools, baths, and saunas until fully healed (about 2–3 weeks).
Wear loose, clean clothing over the tattooed area to avoid irritation.
Limit physical activity that causes friction or stretching on the tattoo.
Itching and peeling are normal—don’t pick or scratch the tattoo.
Gently apply moisturizer to soothe irritation.
If scabs form, let them fall off naturally to avoid scarring or ink loss.
Avoid using scented lotions, oils, or harsh products on the tattoo.
Stay hydrated and eat well to support skin healing.
